Next Parish Council Meeting will take place on Tuesday 9th July 2024

Venue will be the newly built Wixford Village Hall.

Commencing at 7.30pm

On Tuesday 14th May 2024 it is intended to hold both the Annual Statutory Meetings plus the Ordinary Parish Meeting.

Commencing from 7.30pm in Exhall Village Hall.

THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

is scheduled to take place at 7.30pm on Monday 15th May 2023.

This meeting will comprise the following.

1) Annual Parish Council Meeting, 

2) afterwards by the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting.

3) afterwards by the Annual Parish Assembly.

PLEASE NOTE THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT EXHALL VILLAGE HALL

It is intended to call an Extraordinary meeting once the WCC and Highways review has taken place.  This will give residents of Wixford the opportunity to hear and also to be given the opportunity to ask questions regarding Wixford Bridge and the safety concerns surrounding the current layout and traffic problems as a result.

UPDATE: Currently as of 1st November 2023 the safety audit has been requested by Cllr Daniels, however, to date there is no confirmation as to when this will take place.
